P&H Developments have been making calibration standard blocks for Electron Probe Micro Analysis (EPMA) and Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM's) equipped with Wavelength Dispersive (WDS) and/or Energy Dispersive Spectrometers (EDS) since 1990. Within this period we have supplied many of the worlds leading microanalysis laboratories.

The method used to make the standards ensures that the best possible surface finish is achieved which is both flat and free from contamination.
